“Dolph Lundgren has been battling cancer since 2015, the actor revealed in a recent interview, and said a second medical opinion made all the difference in saving his life.
“Lundgren, 65, said doctors found a tumor in his kidney eight years ago, and he’s been battling cancer ever since.
““They found a tumor. They didn’t know what it was. It was a tumor in my kidney, and they took it out here in LA in 2015,” Lundgren said during an appearance on “In Depth with Graham Bensinger.” “But then they did a biopsy, and it was cancerous.”
“Lundgren said after that tumor was removed, he did cancer scans every six months, then every year, and was healthy for five years. That’s when his health issues started again.”
