“The actor Johnny Depp has married his fiancée, Amber Heard, in a small private ceremony in Los Angeles, it has been reported.
“The couple have been planning to marry since December 2013, with Depp confirming the engagement last March after he was seen wearing a new ring.
“The wedding precedes a larger event to be held this weekend on Depp’s private island, Little Hall’s Pond Cay in the Bahamas, which has islands named after his two children, Lily-Rose, 15, and Jack, 12.
“It is the second marriage for Depp, 51, who was married to make-up artist Lori Anne Allison from 1983 to 1985, before his 14-year relationship with the French singer Vanessa Paradis, which ended in 2012.”
