10,000 steps isn’t as cut and dry as you might think, but are there real benefits?
I love these videos with Wheezy Waiter trying out all of these things and examining the stuff (like why do people like minimalism or cutting sugar for a month) because he (and wifey) seem more ‘real’ and relateable than some others on YouTube.
I don’t know what I’d like them to try next – only that I’m going to enjoy watching whatever it is.
