Young Kid Beating The Original Simon Game (Video) | 31 Button Presses Later, He Wins!

27 sec read

If you’re anold git like me (once I hit 30 that was it I’m afraid) you may remember the original memory game which called itself Simon.

This ultra annoying invention, supposedly created to frustrate and irritate a whole generation of kids born in the seventies, asks you to copy its moves, taking its lead from Simon Says.

I think the most I ever got to with this thing was 14 or 15, but here we have a kid proving that its possible to get a lot futher than that, and actually beat the game outright.

It takes him 31 button presses to get there, and he looks like messing up on a few occasions, but amazingly he manages it. Just like the savants who beat Rubik’s Cube, this kid deserves a medal.
