The nurse who rocked the American Idol stage, Amber Overmyer, is now rocking the boat with TMZ’s latest bashing the the singer/nurse’s rocky past.

They always seem to do this to someone on the show; if they aren’t goodie two shoes and miss bubbly annoying joy, like Brooke White, then they must find some way to drag their name through the mud.

Cilit Bang is a cleaning product which was advertised (in the UK at least) by a series of adverts featuring the fictional Barry Scott, an uber annoying voice over man.

Basically, in a half serious spoof of those over the top American infomercials, he demonstrates the product, and uses his enthusiastic booming voice to sell it to you.

Top 10 Synchronized Christmas Light Display VideosWe are now less than a month away from Christmas, and everyone at last seems to be getting in the mood for the big day.

I always look forward to late November and early December, as that’s when everyone starts decorating their houses with Christmas lights and ornaments which can’t help but give you a warm, fuzzy feeling inside.

Very few however are as well done as the following, which thanks to a lot of time of time, energy, money and some clever computer software show light displays synced with music.

‘Wizards In Winter’ in Ohio

This is one of the first of these types of video I saw, and still very impressive. The synchronisation is second to none, and I also love the tune.

‘Wizards In Winter’ in Frisco, Texas

Wow, I don’t even want to begin to imagine how much work this took to set up, or how many lights are involved, and of even more importantly, the amount of electricity used.

Dan Fielding Domestic GodDan Fielding is a domestic God, or rather he thinks he should be. This guy has been cropping up everywhere recently, and currently has a MySpace page and YouTube channel.

So who is he, and what does he do? Well, he describes himself as a 27 year old male from London who is the next Jamie Oliver, but with a hint of Nigella Lawson.

At the moment he is supposedly a staff writer for a highly successful TV programme and writes material for a very well known presenter. But he wants more, he wants to star in and produce his own show called Domestic God.

The male brain is a very interesting thing. No matter how much practical experience a man actually has, his brain will convince him that he’s really a master handyman. Perhaps the men in this video should have resisted that urge.

These clumsy men fall from roofs, destroy structures, and even knock themselves out. While the clips are varied, there are a few common features. All the men show an amazing lack of forethought, total bewilderment after the accident, and a fair amount of pain!

No doubt these guys came out of the experiences with nasty headaches and bruised egos. Perhaps next time they should just leave it to the professionals!
