It’s Chuck Norris’ birthday! All bow down at the altar of the strongest man in the world, who could break your arm just by looking at you in a nasty fashion. The man is a legend, and today sees him turn 69. All hail our king!
Chuck Norris was just another washed-up 1980s martial arts movie star, seen in the same league as Jean-Claude Van Damme, Steven Segal, and my personal favorite, Cynthia Rothrock. But then something strange happened.
The Internet basically fostered a cult following for Chuck Norris, and to this day, you’ll still see his name bandied about as if he’s some kind of superhero capable of all manner of amazing feats. Which, of course, he is.
This video makes me laugh every time I watch it. It shows Chuck Norris reading out ten of the ‘facts’ that have made him a cult hero amongst the young generation. He even adds his own personal favorite at the end.
