We’ve all done it - taken a kite down to the park on a blustery day for a nice relaxing bit of kite flying. Unfortunately, it doesn’t always turn out to be so relaxing.
This guy, instead of flying his stresses of the week away, finds himself being flown away, while connected to what must be a big, powerful kite.
That’s it, when you want something done, you can do it yourself, employ someone to do it, or forbid your kids, or anyone in that matter, to do it, and it’s a guarantee it will get done.
That’s exactly what happened here with this daredevil near Durango, CO. Everyone told him it was impossible to ski this slope of Engineer mountain, so he had to find a way to do it; even if that meant using a parachute.
There are those that seek thrills, and those that avoid them. The man dangling from the the digger in this video is, of course, part of that first category. His friends tie him up to the giant shovel part and swing him for a good three rounds before stopping.
So this is what construction workers do for fun.
This is one of those videos you have to see to believe. It sees a team of motocross kings and stunt drivers take to the desert for some aerial fun. The kind of danger involved in something like this is off the scale.
Who says you need snow to ski? All you really need is a slope, or, in this case, a giant escalator.

I know a few daredevils, but none would probably ever jump into this “swimming pool”. There are no rails and even a slight wrong step would send someone plummeting 300 feet to their death.
At least one person dies from this thrill each year.
These guys and gals must have some sort of death wish, as I’ve been skiing and snowboarding for well over 25 years, and you’ll be lucky to find me going down a blue with moguls!
