You’ve all seen the film Minority Report yes? And you all thought that it was a decent film, apart from having Tom Cruise in it yes?
Well, the best bit of the movie surely has to be the mid air finger tracking technology.
The guy in this video is two things: a genius, and a geek, but we love him for it. He manages to bring future technology in to the present just using a Nintendo Wii remote, an LED, and some reflective tape.
Now obviously the applications that you can use this method on are few and far between at the moment, with the simple game he demonstrates about the best, but that’ll change over the next few years.
This at least stops me having to buy an Apple iPhone (and paying heavily for the privilege). I just wish I could play Wii Tennis, or Zelda just by using my fingers… now that would be awesome to say the least.
