The online auction site eBay has recently changed their listing fees, and introduced some controversial policy changes to do with the feedback system.

A group of eBay users, ranging from power sellers to everyday buyers have said “enough is enough” and called for a week long boycott of the site to try and force a climb down over these decisions.

Macworld 2008 has just finished, and Steve Jobs was there as usual, delivering his annual keynote speech with that casual manner he employs to look cool.

His speech lasted 90 minutes, and he covered topics such as the future of Mac, new upgrades to the iPhone and iPod Touch, and the brand new Macbook Air.

Bill Gates, Creator, founder and now chairman of Microsoft, is soon going to be retiring from the everyday running of the company, and instead taking a less hands on approach.

I doubt if it will make much difference to the company policy, or strategies, but it’s a momentous day none the less. So to commemorate, the guys at Microsoft made a spoof video of Gates last day.

YouTube LogoYou may have heard that Viacom recently filed a whopping $1 billion dollar lawsuit on YouTube over copyright infringement, and now YouTube has announced a filtering system to help fight video piracy.

WizeTrade TVGlobalTec has announced its new subscriber only financial Internet TV Channel specifically devoted to the stock market and trading, called WizeTrade TV.

WizeTrade TV was previously launced in 2005 as a broadcasting training tool for customers of GlobalTec products. More recently WizeTrade TV has moved to larger broadcasting studios to open up the new WizeTrade TV as a subscription based internet TV channel specializing in Stock Market trading.
