I think Zach Braff is just about the coolest guy in Hollywood. I loved Garden State. I have all the Scrubs DVDs. And he has really pretty eyes. So I can understand the kind of love that’s driven this comedian to pen this ode to Zach Braff.

No one worries when girls adore stars like Zach Braff. But when a guy is this devoted, it’s a little bit … well … gay.

It looks like Sony Pictures Entertainment is finally taking online video seriously. They’ve revamped their old Grouper site under a new name and are constantly on the lookout for the “hottest emerging talent on the web.”

By creating CRACKLE, Sony hopes to stray away from the copyright infringing past that Grouper was once associated with by placing a new agenda on original web series.

Irvine millionaire David Samuels has been relatively dormant since he sold his $250 million State of the Art software company in 1991. However, that all changed last week when he launched KoldCast.tv.

As he stated in a recent interview, “The monopoly that the major networks have held for so long is now subject to penetration by companies like our own.”

Is it just me, or is every Hollywood veteran starting an online video network? This time former UPN President Dean Valentine has created Comedy.com. Yet another video site that combines user-generated content with professionally produced web shorts.

The site has been in operation for a few months, but hasn’t really made any waves. Does the web really need another FunnyOrDie clone?
